Rehema Home Bukura was acquired in 2013 and is run by Auntie Natalya Bondar, Auntie Lauren Ouwenga, and a team of Kenyan staff. Our Home is located in a rural upcountry village close to Kakamega, about 350 km from Nairobi. Rehema Home Bukura sits on a half-acre property, with two houses, a small vegetable garden, a tool shed, and a chicken coop.
At Rehema Home Bukura, we care for 25 babies, toddlers, kids, tweens, and teens. Our Home is very similar to that of young families, meaning that we have a lot of laundry, round-the-clock feedings, and frequent clinic visits.
